What’s her role and connection to the cause?

Paskwa is inspired by a child’s optimism, readiness to forgive and passion for life. It’s why she aspires to make the world a better place using her 15 years of IT experience in for-profit and non-profit roles. The full-stack developer has excelled in senior positions, which require leadership, project management, business analysis and innovation.

At Children Believe, she oversees the development and implementation of technological infrastructure, business-enterprise applications, analytics activities and project initiatives.

What academic work set her up for success?

Paskwa earned her master of business administration from Kenya’s United States International University-Africa, a bachelor of technology from Kenya’s Moi University and a certification from the globally operated Project Management Institute in project management (PMP). She’s also a graduate of the University of Toronto’s full-stack developer program.

Paskwa loves the outdoors and recently made kayaking and paddleboarding must-do summer activities.
