Semere has a special love for skipping, which adds an extra bounce to his step as he makes his way to school. At home, he lives with his mother, who works as a casual labourer. Semere's father is not in the picture, but he is surrounded by his mother's care and support. Semere's enthusiasm for life and learning is inspiring, and he dreams of a bright future ahead.
