Girls deserve to go to school, not work

We see and hear about it too often — girls in impoverished communities around the world are going to work, rather than school; many don’t have a choice.

At Christian Children’s Fund of Canada, we’re working to ensure as many girls as possible have access to school. And, we’re training families and community members about why giving girls an education, rather than sending them into child labour or early, forced marriage will help the entire community thrive.
