How can you help your kids cope through COVID-19?

Watch these tips to learn more

Working with kids, we know how vulnerable they are to change, so tips like the ones mentioned in the video below from Ohio’s Nationwide Children’s Hospital are especially helpful during the COVID-19 outbreak.

“School is something that is so great for most kids, because it helps to provide a lot of structure for the day … and it also provides a lot of predictability, which is particularly challenging right now,” says Molly Gardner, PhD, Psychiatry and behavioural health, in the video. “But when you’re at home there are still things you can do to promote that sense of structure.”

At Children Believe, we’re working to ensure children we help still have access to education and food as they self-isolate with their families.

Watch the video to find out how you can help your kids by getting them involved in planning their day to create some structure during this time of uncertainty.
