Help Bring Clean Water to Ghana and India

This Giving Tuesday - December 2, Help End a Child’s Daily Struggle for Water.

Right now, kids walk extreme distances every day for unsafe water.  Children and mothers walk 2.5–3 km each way, adding up to 12 km a day and 21 hours a week lost to collecting water.  This crisis affects more than 900 people. With school attendance dropping to 45% because water collection comes first.

Water is life — and you can help bring it closer.

With your help, we'll install 4 new water systems across Ghana and India, changing lives in real time.

"Today I walked 2 kilometres for water and I was late to school. The teacher scolded me and I felt ashamed. If water comes near our home, I can go early. I can sit in the front row. I want to study well like other girls."

Asha , 12 years old - Paleru, India

Track your Impact!

This year, we’re doing something new.

After you donate, you can follow your impact from the moment you give to the moment clean water begins to flow. We’ll share updates as each milestone unfolds so you can see how your gift becomes a well, a pump, and finally water in the hands of a child.

"Many mornings I go for water before the sun comes. When I reach school, I feel scared to enter. I sit in the last bench because I feel ashamed."

Rahama , 10 years old - Kampong Ghana
